These Terms and Conditions govern the use of cleaning services provided by whitepeaksolution. By booking or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.

1. Service Agreement

Services shall be rendered strictly in accordance with the confirmed booking and agreed schedule. The company reserves the right to decline service if the premises are deemed unsafe or unsuitable for cleaning.

2. Pricing & Payment

All fees are determined based on the selected package, property size, and condition. Payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless otherwise stated in writing. Acceptable methods include [insert payment options].

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the service charge.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Ensure pets are properly contained during service hours.
5. Liability

Complaints must be reported within 24 hours of service delivery. Upon review, affected areas will be re-cleaned at no additional cost, provided the complaint is valid.
